## How an order runs

1. **Brief** (Day 0): Tell us the sport, target price, market and the models you like. A photo of a reference product is enough to start.
2. **Quotation** (1–2 days): We shortlist frames that already have moulds and quote by quantity break, lens, logo and packaging.
3. **Samples** (7–15 days): Pre-production samples in your colours, lens and logo.
4. **Approval** (Your timing): You sign off the golden sample. It becomes the reference for production and inspection.
5. **Production** (25–40 days): Injection, spraying, decoration, lens fitting and assembly with in-line checks.
6. **Inspection & shipping** (3–5 days + transit): AQL final inspection against the golden sample, then express, air or sea freight.

## FAQ

### What is the minimum order quantity for custom sports sunglasses?

On existing moulds, plain and ready-to-ship models start from about 50 pieces per colour, and a custom logo usually starts from 300 pieces per model. The MOQ for each model is confirmed in the quotation.

### Can you put my logo on the frame, lens and packaging?

Yes. We offer laser engraving, pad and silk printing, metal or rubber inlays, lens-corner etching and water-transfer printing on frames, plus printed pouches, EVA cases and colour boxes.

### How long do samples and bulk orders take?

Custom samples usually take 7–15 days. Bulk production usually takes 25–40 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, decoration and lens type.

### Which lenses can I choose?

Polarized TAC and PC, non-polarized PC with revo mirror coatings, photochromic, contrast tints, clear and yellow low-light lenses, anti-fog double lenses for goggles and blue-light filtering lenses for optical frames. All sun lenses are UV400.

### Do your products meet CE, ANSI and FDA requirements?

Many models list CE, UV400 and ANSI claims, and we share the test reports we hold for each lens. We can arrange third-party testing to EN ISO 12312-1, FDA drop-ball, ANSI Z80.3 or EN 166 under your brand.

### Which payment and shipping terms do you accept?

A deposit before production and the balance before shipment is standard for first orders. We ship by express, air or sea, on EXW, FOB or DDP terms by agreement.
