Sports Eyewear Factory is the sports eyewear brand of Shanghai Mars Industrial Co., Ltd., an export manufacturer in Shanghai. We develop and produce sports sunglasses, goggles and optical frames for brands, distributors, retailers, clubs and teams that sell under their own name.

Our job is to turn a buyer’s idea into a finished, boxed product that sells. Most programs start from one of our 670 production-ready frames, so a new brand can launch without paying for tooling and still get its own colours, lenses, logo and packaging.

Production runs through our partner production base in Guangdong, China’s main eyewear manufacturing cluster, with project management, quality control and export handled by our team in Shanghai. Every order has one English-speaking contact from quotation to delivery.

We work with first-time brands ordering a few hundred pieces and with established distributors running repeat programs across several sports.

Four checkpoints before anything ships.

Every check is measured against the golden sample you approved.

Incoming materials
Lens blanks, frame resin and hardware are checked against the order spec before production starts.
After injection & spraying
Frames are checked for flash, warping, colour match and finish adhesion before decoration.
Lens fitting & assembly
Lenses are checked for scratches, distortion and polarization axis, then hinges and fit are tested.
Final AQL inspection
Random sampling against the signed golden sample, with photo and video reports. Third-party inspectors are welcome.

Many of our models carry CE, UV400 and ANSI claims. We share the lens test reports we hold and arrange third-party testing to EN ISO 12312-1, FDA impact requirements, ANSI Z80.3, EN 166 or AS/NZS 1067.1 under your brand.

Branding & packaging

Your name on every touchpoint.

Logos go on temples, lenses and straps by laser, pad print, inlay or etching. Packaging runs from OPP bags and microfibre pouches to zip EVA cases, magnetic boxes and printed retail cartons with hang tabs.
